Galesburg & Great Eastern Railroad locomotive Number 8, a 4-4-0 started life in the Burlington's Aurora shops as Hannibal & St. Joseph No. 42; renumbered H&StJ No. 642 in 1898; CB&Q Class A-1 No. 139 in 1904; rebuilt into Class A-2 No. 383 at Creston, IA, 1915; sold to G&GE July 1928. The Burlington herald on the tender has been replaced with a "Victoria Route" logo.
