The Mariscal Mine is located at the northern end of Mariscal Mountain, in Big Bend Park, Texas. Because of its remote location and its location in a Federally protected area, this mine site is absolutely pristine. There is no trash lying about, no bullet holes in the mine structures, no spray painted graffiti on the buildings.
